What is BYOD?

BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) means that learners bring their own notebooks with them to school to ensure that the school day runs smoothly.

Who is BYOD intended for?

• High school students, commercial and technical secondary school students
• Learners in basic vocational training (including BM)
• Students at higher technical colleges

BYOD is now standard practice at many secondary schools in the canton of Fribourg. Students and apprentices need their own high-performance device that meets official requirements.

As a certified BYOD dealer for FRITIC.CH (the IT department of the canton of Fribourg), we not only offer suitable laptops, but also comprehensive services for getting started with digital education.

The recommended device standards are defined by the cantonal education network FRITIC.
