The Address Management/CRM module is the center of all activities related to addresses and contacts in a company or organization. In the address management, customers, suppliers, employees as well as contacts for marketing actions can be recorded and thus also form the basis of all other modules.
In the Warehouse & Item Management module, services can be entered in addition to items, merchandise categories and structural items. The module is linked to other modules so that inventory changes are automatically tracked. In addition to the maintenance of master data, all logistical processes are included, such as the execution of the inventory (also rolling inventory) or manual warehouse entries or exits.
